1. Copyright

 

The artist, NAMOOSHKA, holds full copyright on all artwork that is produced. When a portrait is commissioned, I reserve the right to display it on my website, my social media pages and my online tutorial content. Clients who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shown online must notify me before work commences.

2. Payment

 

To commission a portrait, payment must be made in full before the drawing of the portrait can begin. I accept a variety of payment methods, available upon checkout.

3. Cancellations

 

Buyers can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order. 

Payment is non-refundable for custom pet portraits once work has begun.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to resolve any issue.

4. Returns 

 

There are no returns on custom pet portraits. If there are any issues, please contact me. If you receive the wrong item or damaged item, please send me a message with photos of the wrong/damaged item within 7 days after receiving your order, and I will replace it.

 

Returns are accepted for ready-made items. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Israel. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 5. Privacy Policy

The artist will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. I will share your personal information with third parties, such as courier services and print on demand services, for the purpose of fulfilling and shipping your order. 

 

6. Shipping

​

Items are made to order in printing studios in different locations, and delivered with a variety of shipping options. Therefore, orders with multiple items may arrive separately. Shipping time varies depending on the item and your shipping address, between 5 - 30 business days.

7. VAT & Import Duty

 

Buyers are responsible for the payment of any VAT, customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
