If you receive the wrong item or damaged item, please send me a message with photos of the wrong/damaged item within 7 days after receiving your order, and I will replace it.
In case you’d like to return the item, please contact me and feel free to do so within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Israel. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
