★ Steps
1. Purchase the pet portrait. Select a bandana size. Please make sure to provide a valid email address.
2. I will contact you via email so you can send me a photo of your pet. Please pick a photo that is clear and not blurry, that shows as much as possible of your pet.
3. Let me know if you'd like to make some simple adjustments, like changing the color of the background.

★ Processing time: 3-9 business days
It will take me 1-3 days to paint the portrait for you. When it’s done, I will send you the digital file. Please take a look and let me know if I missed anything, and I will fix it. It will take another 2-6 business days to get the scarf printed and ready for shipping.
★ There's no revision for this portrait. I will make corrections if I missed anything on your pet. Let me know:)
★ Please note that the colors may look slightly different in person from what you see on the digital painting due to varying monitor settings, and as a result of the printing process.
★ I may post your pet’s portrait on my shop as an example, and on my website or social media unless you specifically request otherwise.

There are no returns on this item, since it is made by order especially for you. If there are any issues, please contact me. If you receive the wrong item or damaged item, please send me a message with photos of the wrong/damaged item within 7 days after receiving your order, and I will replace it.
